Hey everyone! I have some basic knowledge about PCs, and I'm looking for your advice. Currently, I'm using an Intel Core i3-10105F CPU with a GeForce RTX 3080 graphics card, 32GB of memory, and a solid storage drive. I'm interested in upgrading my CPU to either the AMD Ryzen 5 3600X or the Intel Core i5-10600K, but I want to know if it's feasible to do this without having to swap out my motherboard. Are these CPUs compatible with my setup? What's the process like for changing the CPU? Thanks in advance!

Yeah, replace Intel with AMD will mean a motherboard change. The 10600K should work with your current setup, but make sure to check compatibility. Oh, and don’t forget to reapply thermal paste when you install the new CPU – it's a must!
Got it! I know how to handle thermal paste, but I'll check on the cooler too.
