Hey everyone! I'm considering a gaming PC build that includes an i5 12400F processor and an RTX 5060 graphics card. I'm curious if this setup will be powerful enough to run games on high to ultra settings at either 1080p or 1440p. Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

I recently got the RTX 5060, and honestly, it's not as bad as people say! I've played several modern games at 1440p on ultra settings with ray tracing, and they run smoothly for me. Sure, it's not going to hit 200 fps, but as long as I can stay above 60 fps, I'm happy. It seems like some critics haven't even tried it out themselves.
The RTX 5060 might struggle a bit at 1440p, especially with more demanding games. It should perform decently on older titles, though. A lot of folks suggest looking into the RX 9060XT 16GB, which could handle 1440p gaming much better and offers more VRAM.
That's awesome to hear! I'm also aiming for 60 fps for most games, though I might lower the settings for FPS titles. Thanks for sharing your experience!
