Can I Upgrade My PC and Still Use My Old Drives?

I'm planning to do a full upgrade on my PC, but I'm hesitant because I don't want to reinstall everything from scratch. Here are my current specs:
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600 3.40 GHz
- GPU: Nvidia 1070
- RAM: 16GB
- Storage: 2TB SSD, 250GB SSD, 1TB HDD
- PSU: EVGA Gold 650W
- Motherboard: Gigabyte B450M DS3H-CF

Can I salvage anything from my old setup, or should I just start fresh with a completely new build?

Definitely reuse those drives in any new motherboard. Also, you might want to consider getting a fast NVMe M.2 drive for your main storage to really boost your performance!

Absolutely, you can reuse your SSDs and HDDs. I did a partial upgrade myself and kept all my drives without any issues. Just boot it up like your old setup but with upgraded parts!

It really depends on your budget. Most of your components might not sync well with newer tech, but your storage drives should be compatible with recent motherboards.

Yes, your drives can definitely work in a new build! Just make sure to back up your personal files first. The main concern will be your operating system; you might need to reinstall it if your new hardware is significantly different from your old setup.
