Hey everyone! I'm looking to upgrade my GPU from a 2080 Super since it's starting to struggle with newer games like BF6 beta and Cyberpunk 2077. My goal is to find a GPU that provides a solid upgrade without being significantly bottlenecked by my CPU, which is an Intel Core i9 10900k. Here are my current specs: 32GB DDR4 RAM (single stick), 650W PSU (which I plan to upgrade), and my motherboard is an MSI MEG Z490I UNIFY. My budget is around $1400 NZD (about $850 USD). Thanks for your help!

If you're looking for a good upgrade, the RTX 5070 Ti or the RX 9070 XT would be solid choices. Just keep in mind that with some titles, like specific multiplayer maps in BF6, your i9 might bottleneck the GPU a little. It shouldn't be too noticeable unless you're really pushing the graphics settings, though!

Do you even notice any bottleneck with your current setup? Jumping to a 5070 Ti is a huge boost in power and your CPU shouldn't hold you back much!

The RX 9070 or 9070 XT are great picks, or you could go for the RTX 5070 Ti if it's cheaper for you. Just go with whichever fits your budget best!

I'll probably go with the 9070 XT since the 5070 Ti is $300 more!

You should definitely grab a second stick of RAM too. Running in single channel can really hurt performance by about 20-30%. With your budget, hitting the 9070 XT should be doable, and you might be fine with your current PSU if it's a good quality one.
