Hey everyone! So, I recently added $18 to my Apple account balance. But a few hours ago, I noticed that an extra $5 was suddenly added to my account as a 'cleared gift card'—the weird part is, no one sent it to me, and I definitely didn't redeem anything! I checked my emails and found nothing related to it. Has anyone else experienced this? Any ideas about what's going on?
Also, just to clarify, I haven't requested any refunds lately and haven't received any emails about refunds either!

You're not alone! I just saw a random $35 pop into my account too. I contacted Apple Support to figure out what’s going on. It's definitely strange!
Yeah, I hope it’s just a glitch affecting multiple accounts. I talked to support earlier, and they couldn’t explain it either, but they promised a senior advisor would call me back about it!
