How Can I Recover My Family PC After It Won’t Boot?

I recently got a new gaming PC for my birthday and left the family PC with my parents. They wanted me to clear all my games off it, which I did, leaving only family photos on it. Now my parents are trying to watch a Liverpool match on that PC, but it won't boot into Windows. After checking the BIOS, I tried various fixes, but no luck. I've made some adjustments, like lowering the DRAM MHz, but I just got a beep and a warning about the hard drive. I'm really hoping there's a way to recover those family photos or fix this issue. I've heard I can show a BIOS picture for help, but I'm worried about causing further damage. Any advice would be appreciated!

Your situation seems serious. First off, disconnect the hard drive and try installing a new OS on a different drive. If your BIOS has a hot-plug option, enable that. Then boot up with the new OS and reconnect the old drive to back up your data quickly.
