Help! My PC Only Recognizes 32GB of RAM Instead of 64GB

I recently purchased a set of 64GB Corsair Vengeance Pro RAM (16GB x 4, 3600MHz) for a great price and was thrilled to install it. However, to my dismay, my PC only recognizes 32GB (4x8GB) instead of the full 64GB. I previously had 32GB Kingston Fury RAM (16GB x 2, 3200MHz). I'm curious if there's a way to configure my system to read the full 64GB or if this is a compatibility issue with my motherboard. If the latter is true, could someone recommend a suitable motherboard for using this 64GB RAM? My current setup is a Ryzen 7 5700X3D and an Asus ROG STRIX B550F Gaming Wi-Fi.

Could you check the part number and capacity on your RAM sticks? Sometimes they have the specs printed on them. Also, what does CPU-Z report about the DIMMs? It sounds like your system may be reading four 8GB sticks instead of four 16GB ones.

The model number on the sticks is CMW16GX4M2D3600C18, and it says DDR4 16GB (2x8GB) 3600MHz. So I'm guessing something isn’t matching up.
