Why does my PC crash when I’m on a Discord call or downloading files?

I'm experiencing a really frustrating issue where my PC crashes and becomes unresponsive, but it only happens when I'm on a Discord call (it also occurs when I'm streaming). This issue arises whether I'm alt-tabbing or not, which makes it even stranger. It also seems to happen whenever I'm installing updates or downloading files or games. I suspect it might be related to my SSD, but I'm not sure because it shouldn't affect streaming on Discord. Everything works fine when I'm not in a call or downloading anything. I have video evidence of the issue: [https://youtu.be/13NAe80Oll0](https://youtu.be/13NAe80Oll0). I've trimmed some parts for brevity, but it can get worse when streaming in higher resolutions like 1080p or 4k. Any thoughts on how to fix this?

It sounds like it could be a storage or RAM issue. You might want to try running MemTest86 to check your RAM, and also use CrystalDiskInfo or CrystalDiskMark to test your SSD.

Thanks! I'll test the RAM and the SSD and let you know what I find.
