How Can I Get a Trial from NinjaOne?

Hey everyone,

I've been trying to obtain a trial or some pricing information from NinjaOne lately, but I just can't seem to get a response after emailing or filling out their contact form. I'm based in the UK and Ireland, and I'm wondering if there's a trick to getting in touch with them. Any tips would be appreciated!

We just started using NinjaOne this year and I can definitely recommend it. I’m not sure how my boss got in touch with them originally, but I believe our Account Manager's email is [email protected]—maybe that could help you?

I’ve been using NinjaOne for about two years now, and honestly, their support has been pretty good for me. They usually reply the same day or, at the latest, by the next day. In my experience, it’s one of the better remote management tools out there, so I hope you get a response soon!

Good luck trying to get a response. I've been asking for a partner trial for three months, and I still haven’t heard back from them. Some friends of mine say their support is terrible—worse than Kaseya! But who knows, maybe you’ll have better luck than I did.

Thanks for the heads up! Who did you end up going with instead? I'm looking for a solution that offers remote patching for third-party and custom programs, asset management with custom fields, API access, and some customization options.

That’s not been my experience at all. Whenever I submit a support ticket, I get a response the same day, and they follow up if I need more help. Maybe they take certain customers more seriously?
