Is it time to upgrade my gaming setup?

I'm currently running a 5800X3D processor with a 3060 GPU and using two monitors. I mainly game and occasionally browse social media. Should I look into upgrading my hardware, or am I good for another year or two? Thanks for any advice!

Honestly, you should consider upgrading when your rig starts struggling to run the games you want at the settings you like. There are some promising GPUs on the horizon, like the rumored 5070 Super, so you might want to wait for those if you're feeling adventurous!

I’d suggest upgrading your GPU first, maybe to something like a 9060 XT 16GB or 5060 Ti 16GB. Just make sure your PSU can handle it, but you mentioned you have a Seasonic 850+, which should be fine!

Gotcha! I also have 64GB of DDR4 RAM, and I added air cooling later on.

If your setup is handling everything you need it to, you might be good! Just keep an eye on the games coming out and how well they run on your current specs.
