Thinking About Switching to Linux – Is It Worth It for Gaming?

I'm currently on a Windows 10 gaming PC with an Nvidia GPU, Ryzen CPU, and an Asus motherboard. With Windows 10 support ending soon, I need to decide on a new OS. I'm not a fan of Windows 11, and I'm unsure about switching to Linux since not all games are supported there. Plus, I have a Logitech steering wheel, and I'm not sure it will function properly on Linux. I need advice on whether Linux is a good choice for my situation and, if so, which distro would be best for general use, gaming, and productivity apps.

You should check out Nobara! It’s specifically designed for gamers, and I've had a great experience with it. Plus, more gamers jumping to Linux means better support for future games. It’s worth a shot!

I really recommend Nobara too! The only downside is it’s primarily maintained by one person, but they're super dedicated to getting games running smoothly on Linux. Also, a cool tip: most distros have a "Live CD/USB" option where you can try them out without installing. You can even dual boot alongside Windows if you want to keep both systems.
