Hey everyone! I recently purchased a Lenovo LOQ-15IRH8 laptop with an RTX 3050 and 16 GB of RAM, and I'm planning to ditch Windows 11 for good. I've dabbled with Linux in the past using Mint and Ubuntu on my old laptop, but now I'm particularly interested in finding a distro that fully utilizes my GPU for gaming, especially since I've got some Steam games I want to enjoy. I've heard that NVIDIA doesn't really support open-source development as much as AMD. So, can anyone share their experiences? Which distros have you found to offer noticeable performance improvements over Windows? I'm also open to any lists you might suggest. Right now, I'm considering Pop!_OS, but I would love to get more recommendations!
