Searching for a CoPilot AI Presenter Without Going Broke

Hey folks! My boss has asked me to find a presenter for CoPilot AI, but the quotes I'm getting are outrageous. Our managed service provider wants $4500 for a 1-2 hour session, which just seems way too high for me. I can handle it myself if needed, but I'm wondering if anyone has cheaper suggestions or resources. The presentation should be a Teams meeting where around 60 users can join and learn how to effectively use CoPilot with Office apps like Excel, Word, and email. The ideal presenter would cover an overview, examples of usage, security best practices, and allow for questions. My boss is hoping to keep the cost closer to $1000-$2000. Any ideas? Thanks!

$4500 does seem steep for a 1-2 hour meeting, especially for just 60 users. You might want to consider the depth of the session since an hour might not be enough for a solid overview. Check out the free resources from Microsoft, like their page on adoption for CoPilot, which could help your team get started without breaking the bank.

Thanks for the tip! I checked out the resource, and it seems really useful. You’re right; I’m sure we could learn a lot just from that!
