Why Is My SSD Always Full Even After Uninstalling Games?

I've been facing an issue with my SSD for a while now where it keeps getting filled up, and uninstalling large games isn't freeing up much space at all. For example, when I uninstalled a 100GB game, I only regained about 1 or 2 GB. I previously reset my PC, which helped temporarily, but the problem has returned. Are there specific things I should check before considering a new SSD? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

How did you uninstall that 100GB game? If you did it through Steam, try making sure that it's completely removed from your library. Also, I recommend running a tool like WizTree to identify what's taking up all the space on your SSD.

WizTree is a great way to check your storage. Look for large files or folders that might be hidden from you. If you're a beginner, just focus on anything listed with a lot of space used and see if you can recognize what those files are.
