My PC Won’t Start After Upgrading to a New CPU—Help!

I've been using Windows 10, but my PC was getting slow, and it couldn't update because it didn't meet the requirements. I upgraded from a Ryzen 5 3600 to a Ryzen 7 5000 and added two more RAM sticks, bringing my total to 32GB. But now when I turn it on, the keyboard and mouse light up, fans light up (though they don't spin, except for the CPU fan), and nothing shows up on the monitor. After about 30 seconds, it completely shuts down and tries to turn back on, but it just can't. I've even prayed to the machine spirit for help, but no luck! Any suggestions?

Have you updated your BIOS yet? It's possible that your BIOS is too outdated to work with the Ryzen 5000 series CPUs. You might need to put your old CPU back in to do the update first.

What’s a BIOS update and how do I find it? Should I just look it up on YouTube?
