Why isn’t my SATA SSD showing up in Windows 11?

I recently installed a SATA SSD in my PC which has a Ryzen processor. The SSD is recognized in the BIOS and works fine in other systems (I checked with a Linux USB drive). However, it doesn't show up in Windows 11, and I'm not sure how to fix this. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Have you checked if it appears in the Disk Management tool? If it shows up there, it might just need to be initialized. If not, you could try installing the latest drivers for your AMD chipset or SATA controller. Also, double-check that your BIOS SATA mode is set to AHCI instead of RAID.
