I'm looking to buy the Samsung SSD 990 Pro since the 980 Pro is out of stock. However, I noticed that it's not listed on Gigabyte's compatibility list for my AORUS Z490 Master motherboard. Can anyone confirm if the 990 Pro will work with this motherboard? Your help would be greatly appreciated!

The compatibility list from the manufacturer only includes devices they've tested, which often doesn't keep up with new releases like the 990 Pro. But generally, any M.2 NVMe SSD should work just fine with your motherboard!
I totally get that! Just trying to update my older setup too, that's why I'm looking for options.
