I'm looking to upgrade my graphics card to pair with my Ryzen 7 7800X3D, but I want to avoid any bottlenecks. I have a budget of €400–500 (I'm based in Europe) and I'm considering my options. I've thought about buying a new 9060 XT 16GB since it's within my budget, but I've also heard it's more of an entry-level card. My other option is to go for a used RTX 4070. What would you recommend?

Honestly, you shouldn't stress too much about bottlenecks. Any graphics card under $500 won't be significantly bottlenecked by your 7800X3D.
It really depends on what games you play and your resolution. If you're gaming at 1080p and aiming for high refresh rates, then consider a 9070 XT or even higher. Otherwise, the 7800X3D is a solid chip and should pair decently even with slightly weaker cards.
It's not impossible to avoid a bottleneck, but honestly, if you do end up with one, a GPU bottleneck is better than a CPU one. If you're looking at something like an RTX 3080, that's still a good match for your CPU and will help you get the most out of your GPU power. Just keep that in mind!

If I go for an RTX 3080 or 4070, does that mean I won't be fully utilizing my CPU's potential? Thanks!
