Hey everyone! I came across an RTX 4060 that was pulled from a Lenovo 17IRB8 Tower, and I'm curious if it's any different from a standard RTX 4060. From the images I've seen, the design looks simpler, almost like it has less power. Can anyone clarify if there are any differences between this Lenovo version and the typical RTX 4060?

It should be the same since it's still a desktop GPU. You should get the same performance as any other RTX 4060.

Absolutely, it's just a regular RTX 4060! Lenovo and other OEMs can make their own versions, and while they might look simpler, they're still performing at expected standards. Gaming brands tend to make them look flashier for marketing, but Lenovo's is still solid!

For the most part, it will perform the same as other RTX 4060s. Just keep in mind that brands like Lenovo may use basic designs which could affect cooling and clock speeds a bit. But the core performance should be very similar!

The model number you mentioned, 5V11K41535, indicates that it's a Lenovo-branded 8GB RTX 4060. Basically, it should work just like all the other 4060s out there, but it looks like it has only one fan which is a bit different.

Yeah, it has a different cooler and board design, but the actual GPU is identical to others on the market. So you're not losing out on performance at all!
