We're finally retiring an old Active Directory domain that we've used for decades, and I'd like to make or buy a special gift for my IT coworkers who have gone through the challenges of this transition. Any unique or fun suggestions for this occasion would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

How about some funny shirts with a slogan like, "I migrated the XYZ AD domain and all I got was this stupid T-shirt!" Could be a fun way to acknowledge the hard work without getting too serious!
Definitely consider a decommissioning ceremony! Mini tombstones for the servers could add a fun touch to the event.
