I'm having trouble with my RAM setup. I have a Samsung DDR4 16GB 2133 and a Crucial DDR4 16GB 2133 stick. They work fine individually, but when I try to use them together, my computer keeps rebooting. I want to know what steps I can take to resolve this issue. By the way, my English isn't the best, so I appreciate your understanding!

Have you checked which slots you're using? Sometimes, it helps to enable features like XMP or DOCP in the BIOS to improve compatibility between different RAM brands. That might help you get them to play nice together.
I also tried adjusting the timings on the Samsung to match the Crucial, but that didn’t seem to fix anything.

I've tried using different slots, and two Crucial sticks work perfectly fine together. The issue only arises when I add the Samsung stick. I haven’t enabled XMP yet.
