My NVIDIA 3080 Ti is starting to show its age with increasing crashes and visual glitches. Given that I work with AI regularly and know that NVIDIA GPUs are necessary for this work, I'm considering my options. What would you do? Should I invest in an RTX 5090 right now, which I know is quite pricey, or can I hold off on upgrading until the next generation releases?

If you need the GPU, just buy it. Waiting usually just means more frustration with your current setup.
If you can afford it now, go for it! Otherwise, you'll just end up in pain and wishing you had bought it earlier.

Great point! Sounds like the old saying is true: "buy once, cry once." Thanks!
