Should I stick with 6000MHz CL30 or use 6200MHz CL32 for my RAM?

I'm building my first PC and I'm unsure about the best RAM settings. My setup includes a Rog Strix X870-F motherboard, Ryzen 9900x CPU, Gygabyte GeForce RTX 4070 WINDFORCE OC 12GB GPU, Corsair Dominator Titanium 2x16GB 6000MHz RAM, and a Predator GM7000 1TB NVMe drive. When I enable the AMD EXPO profile, the RAM automatically runs at 6200MHz with CL32. Should I leave it at that or manually set it to 6000MHz with CL30? I really want to ensure stability for my system. Thanks!

Honestly, the difference between these settings is minimal for everyday use. If the 6200MHz is stable with your current setup, it's fine to keep it. Just ensure it runs smoothly without any issues. Stability is key!

Thanks! I had it at 6200MHz, but one of my RAM sticks was acting up with the RGB settings and didn't show up in iCUE. After I set it to 6000MHz CL30 manually, I haven't had any problems at all. Maybe the EXPO profile was glitching.
