I'm curious about Kazeta OS since it seems really appealing, especially because I enjoy physical media and collecting. However, I'm not certain if it's the best choice for me at the moment or if I should consider Batocera or a more traditional desktop Linux distribution. What do you all think? Any advice would be appreciated! By the way, sorry for any misspellings.

From what I've seen, Batocera is focused on retro gaming and emulators. Kazeta seems like it could handle regular PC games too, but I'm not fully sold on it yet. Personally, I stick with Batocera for my retro handhelds. If you're looking for something specifically for emulation, Batocera's a solid choice! I also play around with Bazzite on my gaming PC and use RetroDeck for emulating.
If you're interested in Kazeta, it's totally fine to give it a shot! All the options you mentioned are free, so it won't cost you anything but your time. You can always switch to something else if it doesn't work out for you.
