Help! Can’t Log Into Windows After Changing BIOS Settings

I was feeling a bit burnt out on my usual games, so I decided to install Battlefield 2042 in preparation for the upcoming BF6. However, I couldn't get the game to launch because I had secure boot mode turned off. I looked up a YouTube guide for my ASUS motherboard and followed several steps: enabling launch CSM and changing the OS type from 'Other OS' to 'Windows UEFI Mode.' Now, I can't log back into Windows, even after switching the settings back and using the 'Load Optimized Defaults' option. I'm at a loss here and the only thing I can think of is resetting my PC.

It sounds like your Windows login options might have been wiped during that BIOS change. Do you remember your last known password? You might be able to use it to log in if it didn't get erased completely.

Unfortunately, I can't even get to the log-in screen; I'm stuck on a blue screen with options to continue to Windows, access advanced troubleshooting, or turn off the PC.
