I just cleaned my PC inside and out with no water—only a vacuum and a brush. I removed both RAM sticks to clean them and put them back in. Now, when I turn the PC on, my monitor shows 'no signal' and won't display anything. I've restarted the PC, unplugged the power and HDMI cables, and even switched video ports, but nothing helps. What steps should I take?

Make sure to reseat the RAM sticks. It’s easy to not put them back in properly after cleaning. Also, check if the PC is turning on—look for spinning fans and any lights on the motherboard, especially around the DRAM area.
