I'm really perplexed here. Whenever I bang on the table, my PC shuts off suddenly. I thought it might be a loose connection, so I poked around inside the case with a pen, but nothing seemed to trigger the issue. The strange part is that when I lift the PC off the table and bang down, it doesn't crash. The screen just goes dark and shows a 'no signal' message while the PC stays on with all fans running. I've got an MSI z790 motherboard, Radeon GPU, a 13700K CPU, and a 750W power supply. I've even taken the whole thing apart and put it back together, but the problem persists. It's frustrating because my other PC is similar but doesn't have this issue. Anyone have any ideas on what's going on?

For real though, maybe work on your anger before gaming? Just throwing that out there.
Sounds like a classic case of a bad cable. Have you checked the cable connecting your monitor to the PC? If it’s a DisplayPort cable, be careful—if you yank it out without releasing the button, it can damage the connector or even short it out! Grab a new cable if that’s the case; they’re usually not too expensive.
Oh man, might be the problem for me too—my HDMI cable is pretty worn out.
Honestly, just try to control your temper a bit! Hitting the table isn’t going to help the situation with your setup.
Stop smackin’ the table, my dude! It’s just a computer, not worth a tantrum over.
Wait, there’s a button to release it? I had no idea!
