I've been having trouble with our dynamic groups. Everything looks fine when I check with a device; it shows all green, but the devices aren't being assigned to the groups. This issue started this morning, and I'm wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same problem, especially in the EU region.

I’m having the same problem over here in the EU. It’s really frustrating!
I’ve been through this before. According to my notes from MS Intune Support:
To trigger a group to process, there’s currently no automatic way. However, an interesting workaround is to manually update the membership rule by adding a whitespace at the end to force it to reprocess. Also, be mindful that properties like 'contains' and 'match' can slow down the processing. It’s best to optimize your rules to use 'Equals' and 'Starts With' if possible. How long have you been waiting? Sometimes it can take hours based on your tenant region, user numbers, and how complex your queries are.
So, I’m in Europe 0302, and we noticed this problem since 8 AM CET this morning. Some groups updated after an hour, but others have been sitting for 5 hours without any changes.
I’m on Europe 0301 and experiencing the exact same issue.
We've got the same issue, all our dynamic groups are stuck in "Processing." It's a bit concerning.
Yup, same here!
