I recently built a new computer with an Intel 14700k CPU, 5070 FE GPU, Asus TUF GAMING Z790-PLUS WIFI motherboard, Corsair Vengeance RGB 32GB RAM, and an 850W PSU. My setup includes a Cooler Master Hyper 212 CPU cooler, along with three intake fans and two exhaust fans. While my idle temperatures on the desktop hover around 35-40C, I've noticed that when I launch Borderlands 4, my Performance (P) Cores and some Efficiency (E) Cores are hitting 100C. I've checked to ensure the CPU cooler is properly mounted. Any suggestions on what might be going wrong?

It sounds like your CPU cooler is really underpowered for your setup. You might want to consider getting a larger dual-tower cooler or even a 360mm AIO instead of the Cooler Master Hyper 212. It's also a good idea to update your motherboard's BIOS to the latest version to avoid any issues related to CPU temperatures. Undervolting could also help reduce the heat.
I'll make sure to get a better CPU cooler.
