I recently got a Zeal Mini 7 from Aftershock, which is my first tower PC. It's been working fine until a recent Windows 11 update caused a lot of problems. Now, it keeps crashing randomly, often giving me a blue screen just seconds after I log in. The only way to stop the blue screen loop is to completely shut it down for a few hours. Sometimes I can go days without issues, but the recent update seems to have intensified the crashes. For instance, I left my PC on all night for Steam updates, but the moment I moved the mouse, it blue screened on me. I've reached out to Aftershock support, and they recommended updating the drivers, which I've done, but the problem persists. I'm not very tech-savvy and want to avoid factory resetting my computer if possible. I've also considered rolling back the update, but I'm unsure if that would solve the problem. Any advice or steps I could take to fix this issue would be greatly appreciated!

Have you checked what the blue screens are indicating? Often, they can point directly to the problem, whether it's a driver, hardware issue, or software conflict. Knowing the specific error codes can guide you on what to look into next!
It might help to gather crash dump files to properly analyze the blue screens. If you can boot into Windows or Safe Mode, head to C:WindowsMinidump and see if there are any dump files there. Those files can give insights into what’s causing the crashes. You can compress the files and upload them to a file sharing site for further troubleshooting. Also, consider adjusting the dump settings to ensure you're generating small memory dumps consistently. This could really help pinpoint the issue!
If you're still having trouble, you might want to try using the Windows repair tool. It can help if there are system file issues causing the crashes. Also, double-check that your RAM is seated properly, even if you think it's not a hardware issue. Sometimes a loose connection can cause big problems.
Thanks, I’ll check the RAM seating again. I just really think this is Windows 11 being finicky, but it's worth a shot!
Good point about the dump files! If you're unsure how to analyze them, there are guides online or someone in the community could help if you share them.
