Hey everyone! I'm in a bit of a jam because the touchscreen on my phone has completely stopped working. I can still see the display, but I can't unlock it since Touch ID isn't working and it keeps asking for my PIN. I do have an iPad and a Mac on hand, so I'm wondering if there's any way I can use those to help access my phone. Any suggestions?

Absolutely, going to a repair shop to replace the screen will definitely solve your problem, but it can be a hassle.

If you have a wired external keyboard, you could use that to enter your PIN. Just make sure you have a way to connect it to your phone!

You could try a long shot—if you have 'Restrict New USB Accessories' turned off while locked, plug in a wired keyboard or mouse. You might need an adapter to connect it, but there’s no guarantee it'll work.

The simplest solution is to get your screen fixed at a repair shop. It's annoying, but sometimes that's the only way to go.
