I recently had an issue where my CPU broke. After replacing it with a compatible one, I noticed that my RAM isn't functioning anymore. Is it possible that my RAM socket or the RAM itself got damaged when the CPU failed? I've already tried two different sets of RAM sticks, but neither of them is working now.

Yeah, the sequence of events is a bit concerning. If the RAM isn't working after a CPU failure, there might be more going on. It's worth running through some diagnostics to see if the motherboard is still okay. Have you checked for any visible damage on the motherboard?
It's definitely possible that the CPU failure could have affected the motherboard, which in turn impacted the RAM. If your new CPU is from a recent generation, it might be an LGA socket that could have bent pins or something. To help troubleshoot, can you share what caused the original CPU to break and what kind of motherboard you're using?
I was wondering the same thing. How did your CPU break in the first place? Sometimes the cause can give clues about potential damage to the motherboard or RAM slots. Did you notice any physical damage?
