Need Help Formatting a RAW SSD

I got a 120GB SSD from a friend and decided to use it. I found some old files on it and wanted to format the drive to erase everything. I started a quick format through disk management, and it seemed to go well until a message popped up saying the drive was in use. I clicked yes to continue, but then everything went black for a few minutes. When it came back, an error showed up saying the formatting wasn't completed. Now the drive shows up as 'RAW' in disk management, and I can't format it or use it at all. I don't care about the old files; I just need to get the SSD working again. Does anyone have a solution? I also included some pictures for reference.

First, try opening Disk Management. Right-click on the SSD and delete all the partitions you see. Then, create a new simple volume. Just be super careful to only delete the new drive, so you don't lose any important data on other drives! Here's a Microsoft guide that can help you out: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/disk-management-in-windows-ad88ba19-f0d3-0809-7889-830f63e94405

I tried that, but I keep getting an error saying "A device which does not exist was specified." Any other ideas?
