Hey everyone, I need some help figuring out an issue with my build. I've got a Ryzen 5 3600, a B450 Bazooka Max WiFi motherboard, 16GB of G.Skill Ripjaws RAM, a Corsair VS450 PSU, and a Gigabyte 2070 Super GPU. When I initially set everything up outside the case to test it, it booted up fine to the BIOS because I didn't have an SSD yet. However, after a few hours of leaving the CPU in the motherboard while I took care of some things, I completed the build and got no post. Now the EZ Debug LED is stuck on white, indicating a CPU issue.
Here's a few things I tried to fix it:
1. Reseating the RAM (even tried one stick and different slots)
2. Resetting the CMOS battery
3. Reseating the CPU
4. Checking the CPU pins (I had to clean thermal paste off them)
5. Full disassembly of the PC
6. Removing the graphics card
7. Using only a 4-pin CPU power connector instead of 8-pin
8. Inspecting all connections thoroughly
Honestly, I think I've tried everything I can think of. I didn't have any cash to get replacement parts to test, and at this point, I'm worried that I may have put too much pressure while installing the cooler and damaged the CPU or motherboard. Any ideas on what I can do next?

First off, did you check if you reseated the cooler correctly? Make sure to only tighten it to the spec mentioned in the manual. Sometimes going too tight can create issues. Also, how did the CPU handle the heat when you tested it without a cooler? That might’ve caused some damage.
I removed the cooler completely after the initial test, but I'm worried that running it without cooling might've overheated it.
