Hey everyone, I'm having an issue with a penpal website called Pen Pal World. They recently updated their site and informed users that we need to reset our passwords to log in again. I've tried to reset my password, but the captcha required for the request keeps showing an error message that says "expired or not generated." Additionally, the contact form on the site also requires a captcha and gives me the same problem. I've already tried clearing my cookies, reloading the site, and restarting my browser, but nothing has worked. Does anyone have advice on how to fix this?

never mind. I was finally able to get on using a browser that had never seen that web address before, and now that I've been able to reset my pw, all is functional again. So my suggestion is to try using a browser you have never been there with. Even if clearing my cache didn't work, there must be something...
I tried the time reset...nada. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.
It sounds like a sync time issue. If your system clock is off, it could really mess with captcha functionalities. Make sure the date and time on your device are correct; it could solve the problem!
I'm on a MacBook, so I can't sync things like Windows. Any suggestions for fixing this issue on Mac?
