I'm upgrading my setup and replacing my AMD Radeon RX 580 with a new AMD Radeon RX 9060XT. Currently, I have an Intel Core i5-9400F CPU, and I'm unsure if it will work well with the new graphics card. Should I stick with my current processor, or would it make sense to get a new one? I'm actually planning to buy the new GPU tomorrow!

Absolutely, your CPU will support the new graphics card without any issues. That being said, after you upgrade, it’s a good idea to keep an eye on your GPU's usage. If it frequently dips below 96%, it might be a sign that your CPU is bottlenecking the performance.
Yeah, your Intel i5-9400F will work fine with the RX 9060XT. Just make sure your power supply has enough wattage to handle everything. What’s the wattage of your PSU?
While your CPU is compatible with the new GPU, the i5-9400F is starting to show its age. If you want to really maximize performance, especially in future games, you might consider upgrading your CPU as well. But that would mean getting a new motherboard and RAM too, so keep that in mind.
