How to Balance Work and Personal Projects?

I find having a clean workspace on my computer really helps. If you can, try using a second user account or even a different computer for personal projects. Plus, I've started using AI to handle less interesting parts of coding, which frees me up to focus on what I enjoy. It reduces mental strain and increases my motivation, making it easier to dedicate a couple of hours each evening to my personal projects. But remember, it’s also okay if you don’t have the energy every day; we aren’t meant to hustle all the time.

Finding time is all about your interest. When something genuinely excites me, I can easily carve out an hour instead of just binge-watching TV in the evening, or sometimes I’ll dedicate a weekend to it. However, I’ve learned that pressure can kill the fun, especially with online courses that come with deadlines. Balancing enjoyment with commitments is key.
