Help! My Lenovo Laptop is Acting Up After Windows 11 Reinstallation

I recently had to reinstall Windows 11 on my Lenovo laptop using a USB drive because I was troubleshooting some issues. Since then, I've encountered a lot of problems: my mouse and touchpad aren't working, I can't connect to the internet, and many of the Fn keys are unresponsive. It's a bit overwhelming, and I'm not sure what steps I should take to fix these issues. Any guidance would be appreciated! Thanks for your time.

It sounds like the main issue here could be missing or outdated drivers. After a fresh installation, Windows might not automatically install all the necessary drivers for your hardware. You should check Lenovo's support website for your laptop model and download the latest drivers, especially for the touchpad and network adapter. That should hopefully get things working again!

If you're unsure how to reinstall missing drivers, it's fairly straightforward! You can go to Device Manager, find the devices with issues (they might have a yellow triangle next to them), and right-click to update the drivers. Alternatively, use the Lenovo Vantage software, which can help manage drivers automatically. Just make sure you have an internet connection for that!
