Fixing Super Key Issues and Cursor Theme Problems in Zorin OS 18

I'm working on transitioning from Windows to Zorin OS 18, but I've run into a couple of frustrating issues. First, I tried remapping the Super key to open the App Grid instead of the Overview, and while I managed to change it, now exiting the App Grid automatically opens the Overview, which I don't want. How can I completely disable the Overview? Second, I installed a new cursor theme that works fine, except when I hover over the Dash or resize windows; then it switches back to the default cursor. What can I do to fix that? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Make sure to document your steps when changing settings; it helps track what might have gone wrong later. To disable the Overview feature, you’ll likely need to dive into the GNOME settings directly. As for the cursor theme, themes can be a bit messy and often don't play nice with all desktop settings. If you can, reach out to the theme creator, or inspect the source on GitHub to see if anyone else is facing the same problem.

For your Super key issue, it's hard to offer help without knowing the details of what you've tried. Did you use Zorin Appearance? That's usually the way to go for remapping keys in Zorin. As for your cursor theme, it might be related to the theme being incompatible with certain desktop environments. Have you considered checking with the theme's creators or the GitHub page for any known issues?
