I'm having a frustrating time finding a USB-to-Serial adapter that actually works with Windows 11. I've tried several adapters over the years, but they all come back saying "THIS DEVICE IS NOT SUPPORTED BY WINDOWS 11." I even have an older laptop that I thought was safe, but it seems to have updated to Windows 11 too. I need a reliable adapter to connect to my Sonicwalls and Dell switches, but I also require different pinout cables for each device. Can anyone suggest a specific product that is compatible with Windows 11 so I don't have to sift through unreliable drivers?

You might want to check out the options over at Startech.com. They typically have a good range of supported devices that work well with Windows 11.
Look for adapters with an FTDI chipset. I’ve read those tend to be more reliable for compatibility with Windows 11. You should have better luck with those!
