I'm currently 13 and I've been passionate about coding for a few years. With the rise of AI, I'm wondering if it's still realistic to pursue a career in coding. Will there be opportunities in 5 to 10 years, or will it be too difficult to find a coding job by then?

While the future is uncertain, coding fundamentals will still be important. You'll still find opportunities because someone needs to be there to troubleshoot and maintain systems. Keep at it and build a solid portfolio by the time you're ready to work!

It will take time and effort, but definitely achievable! You should also focus on areas less impacted by automation. AI tools are here to assist you, not entirely replace your skills.

Yes, coding positions will still be around. While AI is changing the landscape, skilled programmers who understand these tools will be even more sought after. There's always a need for human oversight and creativity in tech.

You're already ahead of many by teaching yourself coding at 13! It means you're motivated, and that gives you a big head start. Just keep honing your skills, and you'll definitely be in a good spot when you're ready to enter the job market.

Absolutely, it's possible! While nobody can predict exactly how the job market will look, strong coding skills will always be valuable. If you're dedicated and keep learning, you can definitely find a way to succeed in the future.
