I'm thinking about getting an RTX 5060 Ti for 1440p gaming, but my current motherboard only supports PCI Express 3.0. Will this impact my gaming experience? Am I going to miss out on quality or is the difference between PCIe 3.0 and 5.0 not that significant?

As long as you don’t hit the VRAM limit, you likely won’t notice much difference between PCIe 3.0 and higher versions.
Typically, you’re looking at only a couple of percent difference in low frame rates; most of the time, the average performance remains unchanged. If your motherboard is only PCIe 3.0, your CPU might be the bigger performance bottleneck rather than the PCIe speed.
If you're dealing with data-intensive tasks like machine learning, PCIe 5.0 might be important, but for gaming, the impact will be minimal. You'll likely be fine with PCIe 3.0.

What if I run the 16GB version of the 5060 Ti? Would that change anything?
