Hey everyone! I'm trying to help my brother with a new PC that was working fine until now. We noticed some issues with one of the case fans and decided to troubleshoot. Currently, the CPU and DRAM lights are lit up on the motherboard. Here are the specs:
- Motherboard: ASRock B550 Phantom Gaming 4
- RAM: Netac DDR4 32GB kit
- Storage: Kingspec 2TB SSD
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5500 (6-core)
- GPU: Nvidia 1660-ti
- PSU: VGA 850 BQ
We've already tried unplugging everything and reconnecting it. Also tested the RAM on another tower and did the paperclip test on the PSU to check if it's functioning properly. We're pretty confused right now, so any help would be greatly appreciated!

It might be helpful to post a picture of everything set up, that way we can see if there's something obvious that's off. Sometimes, loose cables or improper seating of components can cause these boot issues.
