I'm currently living in the Netherlands and need some guidance on finding a laptop or a full gaming setup for around €200. My main goal is to run League of Legends, and portability is a must. I've pretty much exhausted all my options so any help would be greatly appreciated!

When you say 'full station,' does that mean you need a monitor, keyboard, and mouse too? If that's the case, I'd recommend hunting around local used markets for semi-modern Ryzen laptops that fit your needs.
You might be pushing it a little, but here's a budget build I put together: Ryzen 5 2600 for about €30, a GTX 1660 Super for €100, a 512GB SSD from AliExpress for around €30, a 500W power supply for another €30, a case for €30, and 16GB of RAM for about €40. It's around €260, which is a bit over budget but may be worth considering if you can stretch it a little. Also, it should run League just fine!
League of Legends is pretty forgiving, so you could consider a second-hand HP G6 with UHD graphics. Just make sure it's at least powered by an 8th gen Intel quad-core processor if you can find it within your budget!
This isn't the right place for your question, but I suggest checking out local used markets like Tweakers V&A. New gear for under €200 is unlikely, but you might find a decent used option.
While this might not be the ideal subreddit for this, I've seen refurbished HP or Dell laptops with Ryzen 4000 or Intel 11th gen going for about €250-300 in Germany. That's a pretty solid deal if you're willing to look a bit over your budget.

Man, you just listed my exact gaming rig and it makes me a bit jealous. I spent nearly €1000 on mine years ago!
