I just set up my Arctic Freezer III 360 Pro, and while it keeps my CPU temperatures in check, it's super noisy. It's so loud that you can hear it in my living room! It quiets down when idle, but as soon as I start anything, like launching a game or downloading, it gets really loud. Is this typical for this AIO cooler? Are there any settings I should tweak to help with the noise? Should I consider switching to a different cooler, maybe the Kraken Elite 360?

Have you tried configuring a fan profile? Arctic recommends a silent mode in their setup guide, which could help reduce the noise.

You might want to set a custom fan curve. That can really help balance performance and noise.
Consider downloading a tool like Fancontrol to adjust the fan curve, or change the settings in your BIOS. Many coolers come loud by default. If it’s still too noisy, check if it’s mounted correctly. An improperly mounted cooler might be struggling with a hot CPU.
I have a Ryzen 9 7900x too, and mine only gets loud for a few seconds when I start a game, so it could be normal!
