I recently got an external SSD and tried to install a Steam game on it. Unfortunately, I'm unable to delete the game files. I've tried using Shift + Delete and right-clicking to select delete, but nothing works. Does anyone have suggestions on how I can remove these files?

Have you thought about reformatting the SSD? That usually clears everything up nicely!
If your drive isn't encrypted, you could boot from a Linux live USB stick and delete the files there. Alternatively, try plugging it into another computer and see if you can delete it.
Try opening an admin command prompt and see if you can delete the file that way. Sometimes that does the trick!
Just a heads up, do you have admin rights on your computer? That could be causing the issue.

I tried this and it worked perfectly, thanks a ton!
