How can I cancel my iCloud subscription if I can’t find it?

I'm having a tough time figuring out how to cancel my iCloud plan. When I check my subscriptions either in the App Store or through my settings, the iCloud subscription isn't showing up at all. I've followed all the advice from certified Apple forums but nothing seems to be working. I even tried to downgrade to the free plan, but it still shows that my purchased plan is active. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

One thing to check is whether you've reduced your iCloud storage usage below the plan limit. If you’re still using more than your new limit, you won’t be able to downgrade until you do that.

I’ve actually freed up 80GB out of 128GB, so storage shouldn’t be an issue.

Make sure to verify where you see that your plan is still active. You can find this by going to Settings, tapping your name, then iCloud. It should show your current plan there. If it says it's active, that's likely why you're having trouble downgrading.

Yeah, I checked there, and it does list my current plan.

If you want specific steps on how to downgrade or cancel your iCloud+ plan, this support page might help: [Downgrade or cancel your iCloud+ plan](https://support.apple.com/en-us/108318). It's pretty straightforward once you know where to look.
