My PC Keeps Crashing When I Play Games—What Can I Do?

Hey everyone, I'm really stressing out over my PC issues. Whenever I play Rocket League or Escape from Tarkov, my PC crashes after about one to five minutes. The screen goes black and the fans go full throttle, but I can still hear my friends on Discord sometimes lagging and other times not. I took my PC to a tech shop, and they said the hardware is fine. I even reinstalled Windows, but that didn't fix anything. I ran all the benchmarks I could, and they didn't show any problems either. I'm at my wit's end here—any advice would be hugely appreciated!

It sounds like your PC might be overheating. Is it a laptop or a desktop? If you haven't done so, you might want to check the Event Viewer to see if there are any critical errors when the crash happens. To do this, just type 'Event Viewer' in the Start menu, right-click it, and select 'Run as administrator'. Then navigate to 'Windows Log' and check the 'System' or 'Applications' for any critical entries.

Since you mentioned a stress test didn't cause any crashes, you might want to look at your cooling system. Make sure all the fans are working properly and there's no dust buildup. Sometimes even slight overheating can cause crashes without warning. It's a good idea to keep an eye on that during gaming sessions.
