Should I buy a used 7900XTX or a new 9070XT for gaming?

I'm considering two options for my gaming setup: a slightly used 7900XTX for $840 or a brand new 9070XT for $930. There's also the 5070TI available for $1100, but I'm leaning towards one of the first two. I'll mainly be gaming at 4K and 1440p. What do you think I should choose?

I'd go for the 9070XT. It performs slightly worse than the 5070TI overall, but it offers better 1% lows, making gameplay smoother. Plus, it has superior ray tracing performance compared to the 7900XTX. Just a heads up though, if you go with NVIDIA, their drivers have been pretty buggy lately—I've had my share of issues with my 4070 Super.

How can I tell if it's an OC edition? I'm looking at a Sapphire Pulse 9070XT.

1% lows better? By how much? I doubt it's that significant. Plus, let's not forget about the 5070TI having DLSS 4 and better efficiency.
