I'm having a bit of a problem with my PC overheating while playing simple games like Roblox. I recently reinstalled Windows, which fixed my Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) issue, but my PC still heats up a lot. When I play Roblox, the temperature can spike to over 70°C and even max out at 81°C! My setup includes an i9 14900K processor and an NZXT Kraken Elite 360 AIO liquid cooler, along with a 4080 Super GPU. Since it's a prebuilt system, I'm curious if there are common fixes for this overheating issue.

You might want to share a picture of your setup. It can be tough to figure out the problem just from your description. Also, which part is actually reaching those high temps? Is it your CPU or your GPU? That’s key to diagnosing the issue.
Just a thought, but is your liquid cooling system functioning properly? Those AIO units can sometimes have issues. It's pretty easy to check—listen for pump noise or look for any unusual behavior.
To really analyze the overheating, it's helpful to check for any dump files from your BSOD issues. You can find them in C:WindowsMinidump. If you have any dump files, zip the folder and upload it somewhere like catbox.moe or mediafire.com. This can give us clues on what’s going wrong. Just follow the guide on setting up Small Memory Dumps to make sure you have the right data!
Believe it or not, Roblox can actually be somewhat resource-intensive. It’s common for temperatures to rise while gaming. An 80°C temperature is pretty standard under load. Since you're using an i9 14900K, consider checking if you have the latest BIOS update. Older firmware versions can lead to overheating with this CPU. But honestly, your temperatures don't seem alarming given the workload.
I just updated my BIOS yesterday, and it’s still hitting those temps.
Yeah, 80°C seems a bit high for just Roblox.
